Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees or loss of future scheduling privileges at our discretion.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may require prepayment for future consultations or result in declined scheduling.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on service scope and agreed-upon terms. Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are outlined in individual agreements. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of services, refunds are not provided once work has commenced or services have been rendered, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for service delivery.

Astrill Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if provided information is inaccurate, unlawful, or violates applicable regulations or platform policies.

7. Electronic Communications & SMS Messaging
